Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to learning services purchased from Mango Gate through our website or directly from our team.
We aim to make cancellations and refunds clear and fair. This policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
1. Cancellation Before a Group Program Starts
If you cancel at least seven calendar days before the confirmed start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel less than seven calendar days before the start date, but before the first scheduled lesson begins, you are eligible for a 20% refund. Alternatively, you may request a one-time transfer to an available future intake starting within three months, without a transfer fee. Any price difference will be disclosed before you accept.
2. Cancellation After a Group Program Starts
Once the first scheduled lesson has begun, refunds are generally not available for a change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts or missed attendance.
This does not affect your rights where services are not delivered, materially differ from what was agreed, or a refund is otherwise required by law.
If exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing, contact us promptly. We may offer a pause, transfer or credit depending on the circumstances and program availability.
3. Private Lessons
You may cancel or reschedule a private lesson without losing the session by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will normally count as a used session. We may make exceptions for emergencies.
For cancellation of an unused private lesson package, we will refund the amount paid for unused sessions. Used sessions will be calculated at the per-session rate within the purchased package, without retrospectively removing the package discount.
4. Digital Learning Products
For separately purchased downloadable resources or on-demand courses, a full refund is available if you cancel before the resource has been supplied or access has begun.
After supply or access begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, subject to applicable law. Where legally required, we will obtain your express agreement before immediate digital delivery affects cancellation rights.
If a product is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us for a remedy.
5. Cancellations or Changes by Mango Gate
If Mango Gate cancels a program before it begins, you may choose an available alternative or a full refund.
If we cancel an individual session, we will offer a replacement.
If we stop a program partway through, we will refund the undelivered portion.
You do not have to accept a credit instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Please notify us promptly of duplicate or incorrect charges. Confirmed duplicate payments or overcharges will be refunded in full.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@mangogate.com with:
- The student's full name.
- The program or service purchased.
- The payment date and transaction reference.
- The reason for the request.
The date we receive your written request determines the cancellation notice period.
We aim to respond within five business days and process approved refunds within ten business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, in the original transaction currency.
If that method is unavailable, we will agree on a secure alternative with the payer.
Mango Gate does not deduct its payment processing fees from an approved refund. Bank charges and exchange-rate differences applied independently by your provider may affect the amount received.
9. Installment and Corporate Purchases
For purchases through an installment provider, we will coordinate approved refunds with that provider. Continue following its payment instructions until it confirms an adjustment.
Corporate training cancellations follow the applicable signed agreement or accepted proposal, subject to law.
