3. Marketing Communications

Purchasing a program does not automatically enroll you in promotional communications.

Where permitted by applicable law, we will ask for separate permission before sending optional marketing messages. You may withdraw that permission at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

Withdrawing marketing permission does not stop essential messages about your enrollment or lessons.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their own privacy notices explain how they handle payment information.

Please do not send complete card details, passwords or verification codes to Mango Gate by email or messaging apps.

5. When We Share Information

We may share relevant information with:

  • Authorised teachers and staff who need it to deliver your program.
  • Providers supporting payments, hosting, online classes, student management, communications and technical services.
  • Professional advisers where necessary.
  • Authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We limit access to what is needed for the relevant purpose and require appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.

For employer-sponsored training, we may share agreed attendance, assessment and progress reports with the sponsoring organisation. We will explain the reporting arrangements to participants.

6. Online Classes and Recordings

All Mango Gate live sessions are recorded for quality assurance, teacher training, performance evaluation, marketing, and continuous improvement of our educational services.

Recordings, screenshots, and selected clips may be used for internal training, educational content, and promotional activities across Mango Gate's website, social media, and other marketing channels.

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that sessions are recorded. If you do not wish to have your image, voice, or class contributions used for marketing or promotional purposes, please notify us in writing at any time. We will respect your preference and exclude you from future promotional use. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your separate consent before using identifiable recordings for marketing.

All recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Messaging Groups

Joining an optional student messaging group may reveal your phone number, name or profile information to other participants.

We will explain this before you join. Contact us if you prefer an alternative channel for essential program updates.
